Your purchase of these patterns and clip art COMBOS, etc. include a limited personal use license from alisaramirez.com except for the terms stated for PREMADE finished WORK for resell. COMMERCIAL LICENSE is prohibited. However if interested in COMMERCIAL USE please contact me.

How you can USE the PATTERNS AND CLIP ART COMBOS/Fairies:

I am happy to share these with you for your personal use as well as for re-sell purposes.
Although these are ALISA's originals and are under copyright you may re-sell these piecings HAND MADE on your hand made scrapbook pages, scrapbook
albums, cards. This means they have to be hand made and a finished product from the pattern and or clip art COMBO pattern and attached PERMANENTLY to your project.

******Example of what is permitted: You decide you want to make and sell scrapbook pages and you have made a paper piecing from my pattern and the piecing becomes a permanent part and finished product adhered to the premade scrapbook page for re-sale.

Upon receiving a PAPER PIECING PATTERN & OR CLIP ART PATTERN COMBO, images or patterns in ALL FORMATS either in pdf, jpg, or other VECTOR cut files, are considered one full image which constitutes a limited personal use license except for the terms stated for PREMADE WORK for resell.

HOW THEY MAY NOT BE USED:

They are NON TRANSFERABLE in any format whether that be digitally, copied print, via email. This mean you cannot print out the image/pattern/instructions
and sell/re-distribute the image itself as a clip art image, may not be tubed or in a kit and or pattern/ instructions, single cut out, embellishment, digital re-print, etc.
SCANS/pictures/photos/images also may not be re-sold and or re-distributed.

***Example #1 of what is NOT PERMITTED for re-sale: You decide you want to Print out the image and sell it as a single embellishment and or CUT OUT
that is not permanently attached to your project. By simply stating it is attached to your project when it is clearly a visible clip art image print, is not permitted.

***EXAMPLE #2 of what is NOT PERMITTED for re-sale: You decide you want to sell your own patterns but use ALISA's own images, patterns, clip art COMBOS,
instructions as your pattern kit for resale.

***Example #3 of what is NOT PERMITTED: You decide you want to re-distribute the patterns and images to your friends or someone you know whether that be via email or a
or hard copy print. If you come across someone who would like to make the patterns or clip art COMBOS they can purchase directly from alisaramirez.com.

Example # 4 of what is NOT PERMITTED: You decide you want to sell the clip art image that was not made from the pattern but just the image itself and want to sell it on greeting cards.

Original purchaser/buyer maintains rights to these products as stated with terms of use. Original purchaser/buyer does not purchase rights and or change rights to the use of these products.

RUBBER STAMPS: With the purchase of rubber stamps you may re-sell stamping the stamp image already made onto something pre-made: pre-made scrapbook pages, pre-made cards. Rubber Stamp is not to be re-sold individually as a stamp itself.
